Forgot Password or Username?

It’s unfortunate that the online reset password help is only available for retired or former and Non-Management employees but not active employees. If you are an active employee and you have forgotten your login information, get in touch with your administrative officer or HR to get them back or reset it for you.

Being a non-active employee and you are having troubles logging in your account, you can follow this process to reset your password or retrieve your username.

TO RESET PASSWORD

  • First, Visit the AT&T HR Access Portal at https://hraccess.att.com
  • Click on the Forgot Password option.
  • Provide the details requested, such as username, secret question and secret answer.
  • Click on Submit to reset your password.

TO RETRIEVE USERNAME

  • On the HR One Stop Employee Portal at https://hraccess.att.com
  • Click on Forgot User Name and provide the information requested.

NOTE : Only authorized users should access accounts in compliance with the guidelines for the particular data categories specified in the company’s information classification and protection security standards.
